Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board
Here are three examples of different systems we see in the school board.
Centennial Secondary School, Belleville
This school contains a Variable Air Volume system. It has a total of six air handling units (two supply a vav system each), five boilers, two chillers, and eighty-nine VAV boxes complete with reheat coil valves. Wilson Contols Inc. installed the conduit, wiring, devices, as well as programming and commissioning of devices and VLC controllers, and front end.
College Street Public School, Trenton
This is a three story building consisting of a total of sixteen unit ventilators, each with a variable speed drive for the supply fans. Wilson Controls Inc. installed the conduit, wiring, devices, as well as the programming and commissioning of devices and VLC controllers, and front end.
Bayside Upper Public School, Bayside
This medium sized public school has perimeter hot water radiation as the primary heating source. Also there are three heat recovery ventilators, for fresh air makeup. Wilson Controls Inc. installed the conduit, wiring, and devices, as well as the programming and commissioning of devices and VLC controllers, and front end.
YMCA of Quinte West
This was an installation project for the new YMCA that was built in Trenton just off the 401.
Lakeridge Health
Champlain Avenue, Whitby
This office building between Oshawa and Whitby has a VAV System, complete with perimeter Electric Duct Heaters and fan powered boxes. There are also rooftop units as well. Wilson Contols Inc. installed the wire and devices, as well as programming and commissioning of devices and VLC controllers.
Oshawa General Hospital
This large hospital in Central Oshawa has a vast mixed bag of different control systems. We visit OGH periodically for service and minor projects.
Bowmanville Professional Building
This building was an addition to an existing General Practitioners office. This was an installation, programming and front end project for Wilson Controls Inc., including three floors of VAV Boxes, two air handlers, two boilers and one chiller.
Oshawa Municipal Airport
We installed two floors of VAV boxes for this small airport in north Oshawa, which is also home of 94.9 the Rock and KX 96.
Oshawa City Hall
The building has nine floors and contains a heat pump system within. Wilson Controls Inc. handled the controls installation for this project.
